Julia-roberts

Julia Fiona Roberts, born October 28, 1967 in Atlanta in the United States to Betty Lou Bredemus & Walter Grady Roberts. She belongs to the Robertses' fourth generation to reside in the Atlanta area beginning by her grandfather John Pendleton Roberts a farmer. She inherited her father's interest in theatre from an early stage. While a student at Emory University in 1952 he acted in productions on campus as well as in other parts of Atlanta. The air force was drafted in 1953 and, while stationed in Biloxi Mississippi, was a part of an army production that featured Betty Lou Bredemus who was an air force member as well. In 1955, the couple tied the knot and, in 1956, their son Eric Anthony was born. Walter and his wife resigned from their Air Force service in 1957, at which time they were enrolled Walter to Tulane University. In 1960, the couple moved to Decatur Georgia where Walter began working at Atlanta's Academy Theater and the Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio. Walter along with Betty Lou produced a Saturday morning show on local TV for kids named Bum Bum and His Buddies in 1964. The show was a success and they made a living from it. In 1964 Walter and Betty Lou established their own organization called the Actors and Writers Workshop. The organization lasted for a total of the duration of six years. Within this period, they also had two other daughters Lelisa (called Lisa) Billingsley in 1965 and Julia (called Julie) in 1967.
